Terms of Use

Last updated: October 5, 2026

These Terms govern your access to Forgenuvo’s website and services for creating, testing, publishing, discovering, playing, and reviewing games. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to accept these Terms where you live. If you are not, a parent or legal guardian must authorize your use as required by local law. Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials confidential, and notify us through the support contact on the Google sign-in consent screen if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account, except where applicable law says otherwise.

2. The service and creator access

Forgenuvo lets account holders discover and play games and, when the required creator entitlement is active, create drafts and submit versions for review. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain or improve the service. A submission is not published until it passes automated checks and is approved by a human reviewer. We may reject, remove, or restrict content that violates these Terms or creates security, legal, or user-safety risks.

3. Your content and license to Forgenuvo

You keep the rights you hold in games, prompts, text, code, artwork, audio, and other materials you create or upload. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit and use them. You grant Forgenuvo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt as technically necessary, scan, review, run, display, and distribute your content solely to operate, secure, improve, and promote the service features you choose, including testing and displaying a game you submit for publication. For a published game, this includes making its approved version and public-page information available to users.

This license lasts while needed for those purposes, including reasonable backup, security, legal, and dispute-resolution periods. You can ask us to stop listing or remove your content through the support contact; removal may not erase copies already downloaded by users or immediately remove backups.

4. AI-assisted creation

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other output, or unsuitable for your purpose. Review and test generated code and assets before publishing. You are responsible for the content you submit and publish, including confirming that you can use it and that it does not expose secrets, infringe rights, or harm users. Prompts and relevant game context may be sent to the AI provider selected for the request; provider terms also apply. If you use your own provider key, you are responsible for complying with that provider’s terms and charges.

5. Rules for content and conduct

You may not use Forgenuvo to break the law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malware, steal credentials, exploit or disrupt systems, evade moderation or safety controls, harass or threaten others, publish personal information without authority, or submit content that is deceptive, abusive, sexually exploitative, or otherwise unsafe. Do not upload material you are not authorized to share. We may scan uploads, review reports, and limit access when necessary to protect users or the platform.

6. Public games and moderation

Drafts are private to your account and authorized platform operators, subject to support, security, and moderation needs. When you submit a game for review, authorized reviewers may run and inspect that version. If approved, the version and its public details can be played, shared, reviewed, and indexed by others. Do not include API keys, passwords, private user data, or other secrets in game code or assets. Games run in a browser sandbox, but you remain responsible for code and external services your game invokes.

7. Subscriptions and payments

Creator access or other paid features may require an active subscription. If payment is offered, the applicable price, billing period, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be shown before purchase. Payment processing may be provided by a third party and is subject to its terms. You authorize recurring charges only when you complete the relevant purchase flow. Mandatory consumer rights in your location are not limited by these Terms.

8. Third-party services

Sign-in, AI generation, email, hosting, storage, and payment features may depend on third-party services. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. Forgenuvo is not responsible for third-party services outside our control. Links or integrations do not mean we endorse third-party content.

9. Intellectual property in Forgenuvo

Forgenuvo and its software, visual design, brand, and service materials are owned by their respective rights holders. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. You may not copy or exploit the platform itself except as permitted by law or with written permission.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or withhold publication when we reasonably believe it is necessary to enforce these Terms, comply with law, protect users, or secure the platform. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Contact us using the support address displayed on the Google sign-in consent screen to request account or content removal.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, that AI output will be suitable, or that user-created games will be safe or compatible with every device. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, Forgenuvo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service; this does not limit liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or other liability that cannot legally be limited.

12. Changes and governing rules

We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will update the date above and provide notice of material changes where reasonably practicable. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires a different process. Applicable mandatory laws and consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply.
