Author Terms of Use

2026-10-10.1 · 2026-10-10

These terms supplement the Forgenuvo Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and apply to creating, submitting and maintaining games on the platform. Before requesting publication of each version, the author must read and expressly accept the current terms.

1. Rights and permissions

The author represents that they hold the rights and permissions needed for submitted code, images, audio, brands and other materials, including AI-generated and third-party content. The author retains the rights they hold and grants the license described in the Terms of Use to host, check, run and make approved versions and their public materials available.

2. Security and content

The author must comply with applicable law and platform rules. Malware, credentials, unauthorized personal data, infringing content and mechanisms designed to bypass the sandbox, moderation or security controls are prohibited. These rules apply to all game files and dependencies.

3. Testing and publication

The author is responsible for reviewing and testing the game, including AI output, controls, description, cover and operation on intended devices and orientations. Acceptance does not guarantee publication: each version requires automated validation and human approval. The author must address reported issues and resubmit when necessary.

4. Ongoing maintenance and compliance

The author is responsible for keeping games updated and compliant with current terms, rules and technical and security requirements. They must monitor platform changes and communications and make all necessary efforts to review, fix and update code, files, dependencies and game information within communicated compliance deadlines. If they cannot maintain compliance, they must request removal through support.

5. Changes to these terms

Forgenuvo may change these terms and its rules as the service, legislation or security requirements evolve. The version and effective date will appear on this page; material changes will be communicated through available platform channels. Authors are responsible for checking the current terms, keeping contact information updated and adapting games to the new rules. Each new publication request requires express acceptance of the terms then in effect. Mandatory legal rights remain applicable.

6. Moderation and protective measures

Noncompliant games may be refused, suspended or removed. Where appropriate, the platform will communicate required changes and a compliance deadline. Immediate action may be taken for security risks or legal requirements. Authors must cooperate with review and implement necessary corrections.

7. Acceptance record

Forgenuvo records the author account, the version and content of accepted terms, language, date and submitted game version. These records support verification, security, compliance and dispute resolution under the Privacy Policy.
